How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within one business day. If you choose First Class Mail as your shipping option, it should arrive approximately two days after it is shipped. If you choose Express Mail, it should the next business day after it is shipped. Please note that mail delivery times may be delayed during the holiday season.

What shipping options do I have within the US?
Orders are shipped via US Postal Service, via First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Express Mail. First Class Mail is the most economical option and usually arrives in 2 days, but may be delayed during peak times. Priority Mail arrives in two days, includes Saturday delivery, and can be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Express Mail offers guaranteed overnight delivery, even on Sundays and holidays.

Do you ship internationally?
We will ship internationally, although it is recommended you contact us before you place an order so that we can be sure there are no restrictions in shipping to your location.

What if the item I want is backordered?
If we are out of stock on the item you want, you may still place the order. We will contact you within 24 hours of order placement and let you know how long it will be until the item is made - most items can be made within 2-3 days. If the backorder time is longer than you would like, you may cancel the order with no penalties.

Will my jewelry look exactly like the photo on the website?
Some items, such as the chiyogami pendants, will vary slightly from the item shown. The chiyogami paper typically has a large pattern, and different portions of the design may be used to make each pendant. Your pendant will resemble the item shown on the website, but will be a beautiful one of a kind piece. Similarly, items made from stained glass may vary slightly due to the natural variations in the sheet of glass from which it is cut.

What kind of warranty will my jewelry have?
All items are guaranteed free of defects in workmanship for one year. In the unlikely event that your jewelry should break, send it back for a free repair.

Can I return the jewelry?
If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us prior to returning an order. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. Requirements for returning merchandise:

1. Item must be returned in its original packaging, with tag still in place.
2. Include invoice and a written explanation for return.
3. Ship via registered mail or use delivery confirmation, tracking or insurance.

If we do not receive the package, we will not issue a refund. Provided the item is received in good condition, a refund will be promptly issued upon receipt. Please do not return items that have been worn or damaged in your care.
